Welcome to Malaysian this food video about Curry Mee/Noodle.
It is a combination of Chinese Malay & Indian. In this video, johnsonmalaysia.com went to a food court in Cheras in Kuala Lumpur Malaysia. The noodle base is coconut base with bone broth and spice. Curry Mee/Noodle is popular in on the Northern part of Peninsular Malaysia.
The preparing style is to have the rice noodle or vermicelli with yellow noodle prepared in a strain steel wired net. Then the noodles are soaked and strained several times in bone broth (pork) several times to soften the noodles. Next, it is transferred to the bowl to be garnished with shredded chicken or prawn, bean sprout, blood cockles (Tegillarca Granosa), and the spiced chilli or in Malaysia known as sambal. Do not worry about the chilli when you travel with us we know many Europeans feels Malaysian, Kuala Lumpur foods may be overwhelming for your taste buds johnsonmalaysia.com will adjust to tourist tolerance.
The shops in the food court supply with chopsticks if want to use a fork & spoon not a problem The bowl of Curry Mee/Noodle will have super busting stimulating taste in your tongue !!.
The local drink call Kacang Moy and Sour Plum with Limau Kasturi is a great combination. So dear tourist from all over the world does not miss to taste these Malaysian foods when you visit Malaysia.
