Pahang the largest state in Malaysia with that it has the largest rainforest (book a KL forest walk with JohnsonMalaysia.com) supplies Durian locally and export. The extra durian is used to do Tempoyak. Basically, salt and durian pulp. My food hunt today recommended my Mr. Azman, who is Kelantanise. He is pretty familiar with Temerloh.
Is Silver Catfish is found in the Pahang river, which the longest river in Peninsular Malaysia. The fish comes in 2 categories cage farmed and wildfish from the river. Chef Alimi Bin Adnan told he cooks farmed Silver Catfish. The Price is about RM 16.00. The potion is generous it is either the head of the tail. I think it is very reasonable price.
